Successful meal planning isn't just about selecting recipes for the week. I also use a checklist of items that I always want to have on hand in my kitchen from olive oil to sundried tomatoes and call it my Kitchen Inventory List. Before I make my grocery list, I scan the Kitchen Inventory List to see what staples should be added. That way, I never overbuy or underbuy.
This 2-page handout includes my personal Kitchen Inventory List (in case you are curious) as well as a blank one that you can fill out and post on your fridge.
In addition to a link to download the handout, you’ll also be subscribed to my weekly newsletter.
