This free printable Weekly Meal Plan PDF is a great way to organize your cooking and meals for the week. This PDF is undated, so you can print as many as you like and use them every week.
Unlike many other meal planning PDFs, I created this one to start on Sunday (not Monday) since most of us shop and start cooking for the week on Sunday. Jot down what you plan to eat at every meal so you can slot in leftovers and know how much to buy. A physical calendar like this is great for printing out to keep on the fridge so everyone in your household knows what’s going on each day.
There’s also a notes field where you can write in snacks, special instructions, or really anything that you like.
