I'll demonstrate 2 essential healthy fish preparations: kebobs and the classic Chinese technique of steaming fish. I'll show you how to pair these Omega 3-rich and sustainably-caught fish with anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, colorful vegetables, and leafy greens.
Following the demo will be a 3-course dinner with a Q&A to learn more about Alaskan fishing and cooking.
3 Course Menu includes:
- Seasonal Salad with Coho Salmon Kebobs, Pickled Onions, and Nectarines
- Steamed Black Bass with Ginger and Scallions / Glazed Sweet Potatoes and Greens
- Stone Fruit Granola Crumble
