Learn to make your own bagels and lox from scratch! Using the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, we’ll make our own homemade bagels and top them with seasonings. I’ll also demonstrated how make homemade gravlax in your home refrigerator using a side of wild Alaskan salmon from Sitka Salmon Shares, along with dill, salt and spices. You’ll never buy store bought again! Assemble your own tasting from our fresh bagels, gravlax, cream cheese, hummus and assorted toppings.
