In this cooking class-meets-cocktail mixer, I'll share some of my favorite clean cocktail ideas and whole foods-based appetizers. Bring a friend to catch up over low-sugar and unprocessed drinks, while you mingle at chef-led demo stations showing you how to make each healthy recipe.
Instead of sugary mixers that can lead to hangover city, we'll use herbs, spices, ginger, kombucha, bitters, cold-pressed juices and a high-quality spirit to create a signature cocktail for the evening as well as non-alcoholic options. Summer produce such as tomatoes, sweet potatoes, herbs, and greens are at the center of these party-friendly appetizers. We'll also have a DIY Sparkling Water Bar so you can customize your own LaCroix-like drinks for summer hydration with mixers like herbal tea, cold-pressed juices, citrus, cucumber, mint, and other fun, mix-ins. Learn to make a party spread in a party atmosphere that's easy, colorful, and won't leave you in a carb-induced food coma.
