We're kicking off the new Clean in '15 series with the basics of healthy digestion, showcasing realistic recipes for busy weekdays: an easy-to-make and tasty breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more that will help you get your flow back and treat your tummy to the good stuff.
Students will learn which inflammatory foods might be aggravating their digestive system and how to add more gut-healing foods like pro- and prebiotics and plant fibers to their diets.
